Founder of Cyber Economy Brasil
Fernando Dulinski works at the intersection of cybersecurity, strategy and business. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he has built his career supporting organizations in strengthening their security practices and connecting technological risks to business priorities.
He created the National Cybersecurity Report and leads CEB as a live cybersecurity training platform connecting experts, professionals and teams.
His vision is to help the Brazilian market move beyond treating digital security solely as a technical necessity and also understand it as a matter of value, competitiveness and strategy.
